Advanced Clinics
Our Orca and Barracuda level swim lessons are the most advanced clinic style groups offered at RFSS and are best suited for swimmers looking to prepare to advance to competition level swimming and/or receive extra individualized coaching-style instruction.
Group Sessions
Group lessons will only be offered as 6-week sessions and are billed at a discounted rate. Swim families can choose to opt into one or both sessions

a love of swim
It was so important to me that my kids like swimming - both for safety, and because I love the water (I practically lived in it as a kid, and still love swimming). Coach Honor helped my younger kiddo (2 years old) feel more comfortable in the water during Baby Shark lessons - and encouraged his attempts to push off the wall. She also helped my older one (4 years old) love it in both the Tadpole and Goldfish levels. He's so proud he can "swim on his own" now and can't wait to have Piranha level lessons with Coach Honor next summer!
overcoming fear
After years of classes at different places and exposure to the pool, it wasn't until this summer that she really made progress, and a lot of that is due to Honor and RFSS. The team worked with her to teach her in a way that helped push her, but also recognized that our kid has specific fears that are not going to be overcome by just continuing to push for her face in the water. As our kid's comfort level increased, so did her ability to tackle some of those fears. The fact that RFSS worked with our child towards her and our goals vs. just following some standard lesson plan, come what may, made that possible. Thank you!
met where they are
Coach Honor is patient, kind and meets our daughter where she is in terms of communication and skill level and our daughter truly trusts her. Our daughter's confidence and skill blossomed this summer. We appreciate Coach Honor and Claire for the culture of care and inclusivity they provide with their swim school.
